ULLast updated 27 August 2026. These cover desoul.dev, its subdomains, and every Desoul application described in the privacy policy.
Desoul is a personal project operated by one individual, reachable at hello@desoul.dev. The public site and the portfolio are published for anyone to read. The applications behind the gated subdomains are private tools the operator runs for himself.
Nobody else. The applications are not a product, not a service, and are not offered to any other person or organisation. There is no sign-up, there are no accounts to create, and no third party's social, email or cloud account is ever connected, read or written. Access is restricted at the network layer by Cloudflare Access and is granted to the operator alone.
If that ever changes — if any Desoul tool is opened to other people — this page and the privacy policy will be updated before it happens, not after.
You may read desoul.dev and the portfolio freely, and link to anything on them. Please do not attempt to reach the gated subdomains, interfere with the site, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.
Episodes and shorts are published on the DE·SOUL YouTube channel and are governed by YouTube's own terms where you watch them. Scripts, animation and artwork are the operator's own work. Where a video reports someone else's research, repository or article, the source is named on screen and linked in the description, and the figures quoted are that source's own — the channel does not present other people's measurements as its own.
Nothing on the channel or this site is professional advice. It is educational material about how these systems work, and it can be wrong; corrections go to the address above.
The applications connect to platform APIs — Google/YouTube, Meta, and others listed in the privacy policy — using the operator's own accounts and only to publish or read the operator's own content. Each integration is used within that platform's developer terms and API policies, no data belonging to any other user is requested or received, and access tokens are stored on the operator's own machine or private infrastructure rather than on any shared server.
Content is generated and reviewed before it is published, and nothing is posted to any platform automatically without the operator having seen it.
These tools run on a laptop and on hobby-tier hosting. They may be offline, change without notice, or be withdrawn entirely. Nothing here is provided with any warranty, and because nothing is sold and there are no users other than the operator, no service level is offered to anyone.
These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and material changes will move that date.
